Moving gently into July with a few photos of the wildflower beds at Trentham Gardens.
After getting my blood tested at a local clinic ready for my hospital appointment later this week we popped into the gardens for a coffee and a walk around. The wildflowers are looking wonderful at the moment.
I'm hoping that the dosage of medication I am taking can be reduced if the results of the blood test are better. I was diagnosed with PV (Polycythemia Vera) in August last year, I know I have to take the medication indefinitely but I would like to taker fewer of them if possible.
Anyway, time to get moving as I have that appointment this morning. We need to leave earlier than normal to allow for road works and also finding parking at the hospital which is usually quite stressful. All for now.
I hope all goes well at your hospital appointment Rosie and they can lower the dose. Why is it always so impossible to park at hospitals? A visit there is stressful enough without all the problems of not being able to park - our local hospital is the same and it is a nightmare.
ReplyDeleteThe wildflower meadows look so very beautiful - lovely photos.
Take care
Thank you Caroline. No road works or hold ups and parked quite easily thank goodness. Unfortunately dose of medication increased not lowered:( Oh well:)
DeleteGood news about the parking but I am so sorry about the increased dose :( I hope at some stage it can be lowered. Thinking of you.
DeleteWow what a spectacular display of all of my favourites! It's been far too hot this week, I'm not surprised you feel worn out. I hope your appointment goes well and you get back home without having too much of a wait to get seen or hassle with the parking. 😊
ReplyDeleteThank you CK, the flowers are lovely. Last week there was more orange in the display this week it seemed more red. Not much hassle this time with parking, sometimes it's a nightmare to find a space:)
DeleteHope all goes well with the appointments and wow, that wildflower type meadow is beautiful. Take care & hugs.
ReplyDeleteThank you Susan, you too take care:)
